I decided to contact Aaron because I needed a change and I knew that I couldn’t do it on my own. I was considered obese. I belong to a gym and I never go. My lifestyle was not healthy. My baby was three months old and it was very difficult for me to get out of the house because she wasn’t on a feeding or sleeping schedule schedule.
Aaron is very easy to work with, pleasant to have a conversation with and his availability was flexible, which I needed. With each workout I was able to do a little bit more…hold a plank longer, squat down lower, bridge up higher, etc. I found myself getting stronger and more active during the day. My energy increased and I was more motivated to make healthy food choices. The workouts were varied and I always felt challenged. I started to notice a difference in my clothing and on the scale. He knows his stuff, and is very thorough with teaching, and ensuring you are doing everything properly. He also makes sure you are not hurt. “I was recommended to Aaron by a friend who I have traded complaints and horror stories with about working out, getting fit, and losing weight. She had mentioned that she was working out with Aaron for a few months and he was definitely helping her to meet and achieve her goals. This friend actually bought me some sessions with Aaron as a birthday present.

After my initial sessions with Aaron, I began to notice results and decided to continue working with Aaron. I remember our first session I was tired, weak and could hardly make it through the entire session. I recall Aaron telling me that this would be the most challenging workout and it would get easier as I progressed. That’s what I enjoy about working out with Aaron. He is firm, but understanding, encouraging and has a great sense of humor. All of these qualities help to keep the workouts fresh and fun. He listens to what I need and responds accordingly, whether it’s switching up the workouts or focusing on specific goals.

During one session I had mentioned an interest in boxing. The following session Aaron showed up with boxing gloves and we got right to it. He taught me different boxing moves, stances and truly helped me understand the practice of boxing. Aaron keeps our sessions diverse and is always showing me different ways to incorporate strength training into my routine. He is also helpful with nutrition tips and advice. I enjoy my workouts and have noticed I am stronger, have more muscle tone and am more conscious about what I eat and being more active.
